Fast Food Frenenzy
In this article it talks a lot about how fast food very bad for the human race. I agree fast food is bad for everybody, it cause lots of problems but these problems start because the fatty foods causes obesity. But what's funny is how everybody in the country complains about obesity but the healthy food cost more than unhealthy food. For example a Brisk from the gas station cost 1.09 but a water bottle cost $2. Poor people suffer badly because the only thing they can afford is the unhealthy things therefore they get Fat.

I agree with you Cortland fast food is terrible and it sucks that poor people have to settle for fast food because it is much more affordable than healthy, organic type foods.
ReplyDeleteThat is totally true, if you look at the dollar menu in McDonald you will not see salad or any healthy stuff, you will just see Unhealthy stuff and people always buy them because it is inexpensive and taste better than a salad. Even in grocery stores, you can buy a large bag of chips cheaper than an apple.
ReplyDeleteI agree that unhealthy foods have higher prices than healthy ones. This can be a big contributor as to why America deals with the issue of obesity. This limits people's food choices if they are on a budget. Living a healthy lifestyle is so glamorized in today's society, but sadly not everyone can reach that potential.
